Each Awsom® oven is made to order, meaning that every single oven is made especially for you. We take a great deal of care and attention to detail with every oven we build. We use our own patent pending thermal and aero dynamic technology which allows efficient fuel consumption resulting in very little smoke or ash when using the Awsom® oven. The firebricks on the floor of the cooking chamber allow the heat to be evenly transferred to the food meaning pizzas, breads and steaks can be cooked directly on the bricks for an authentic taste.
Each Awsom® oven is made from specialist grade steels. The outer skin is protected by a vitreous enamel surface that is expertly applied using traditional methods, this comes in many different colours and can be personalised at an extra cost. We have installed a convenient temperature gauge on the oven door allowing temperatures to be easily monitored.
