Each oven is made to order, meaning that every single oven is made especially for you. We take a great deal of care and attention to detail with every oven we build. We use our own patent pending thermal and aero dynamic technology which allows efficient fuel consumption resulting in very little smoke or ash when using the oven. The firebricks on the floor of the cooking chamber allow the heat to be evenly transferred to the food meaning pizzas, breads and steaks can be cooked directly on the bricks for an authentic taste.
Each oven is made from specialist grade steels. The outer skin is protected by a vitreous enamel surface that is expertly applied using traditional methods, this comes in many different colours and can be personalised at an extra cost. We have installed a convenient temperature gauge on the oven door allowing temperatures to be easily monitored.
The oven temperature is easily adjusted by increasing the amount of fuel burned to increase the temperature and reducing the amount of fuel burned, opening the oven door for a few minutes to decrease the temperature. Once you have achieved your desired cooking temperature, simply maintain this by adding fuel when and if required, we are sure you will be amazed of how little fuel you use. The oven is capable of running from 100°C up to and over 350°C, although we recommend a maintained temperature of around 200°C for most dishes.
We have engineered the oven to be fully serviceable, easy to clean, portable, easy to use, the hardest thing you need to do is choose your colour.
The stand is designed to compliment your oven, the stand is made from 2mm 304 Stainless Steel. The stand is designed so its easy to assemble and built to last, the stand can be satin finished or black powder coated. Each stand is fitted with large base adjustable feet helping you level your oven with ease.
